Note: If you sell MP3 players or handheld devices, you may also want to add a BUILT-IN ENGLISH feature for your customers. You could download the MP3 Lesson files to a computer and then load MP3 players from the computer. Of course, you can also download the entire course and sell Spoken English Learned Quickly CDs as well. If the student buys the CD from you, they will have the entire printed lesson that goes with the MP3 audio recordings.
We also permit any MP3 player manufacturer to download our 450-page Student Workbook to a CD. The CD may be sold with the MP3 Player so the student has both the audio and text material for the entire Spoken English Learned Quickly course. The CD may also include any other material from our website. Further, the CD may use a home page which advertises the MP3 player manufacturer rather than our own website. A built-in dictionary (for example, a built-in English-Chinese dictionary) requires that the user must know at least one of the two languages. Therefore, the manufacturer is limited and must sell that MP3 player in countries where either Chinese or English is spoken. However, Spoken English Learned Quickly was designed so that a student speaking any language can learn spoken English. Further, the term "mp3 files" includes any audio file, but is not limited to, mp3, wma and, mp4.) Though the Downloadable TXT, PDF and MP3 Files table is the primary source for mp3, txt, and pdf files, any file on the website (including html lesson files) may be used. This permission is granted provided that: 1) you title the file "Spoken English Learned Quickly from www.FreeEnglishNow.com" or an alternate title using both our course name and website address, 2) that you copy the files exactly as offered on the website without editing, 3) that you comply with the intent of our Terms of use statement, which, among other restrictions, prohibits any of our material from being placed on other websites, 4) that nothing in this offer be misconstrued to mean that we have relinquished any of our copyright privileges, and 5) that you indemnify Spoken Language International and any of its officers from all liability encumbrances resulting from your use of the product. A small portion of most lessons (the Lesson Text) is taken from the book of Acts because it is available in almost any language which aids English comprehension. For our part, our sole purpose for this offer is to gain the widest advertising of www.FreeEnglishNow.com possible at the lowest cost. We warrantee that we will never attempt to collect money from you as a licensing fee or for any other presumed cost to Spoken Language International for your use of Spoken English Learned Quickly as a built-in language course on your MP3 players or handheld devices.
